Refund policy

At Mizchievous Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help!

Returns:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 
• Item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted.
• Wrong item was sent. 
  

Refunds:

• If claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
• Approved reunify will be processed within 3-4 business days to process, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items:

Since our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizes (please refer to our size chart before purchasing).
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
