Shipping policy
All orders are made on demand, through trusted printing partners. Processing times is usually 2-5 business days, depending on the item and the production volume.
If there's a delay, its usually because the print masters are brewing something special.
Shipping Times:
Shipping time depends on where you live and which fulfillment partner handles your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 5-15 business days
- Europe: Unavailable at the moment.
- Australia& NZ: 8-20 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-25 business days.
These are estimates and may vary due to customs, postal delays, or rogue shipping trolls.
Tracking:
All orders comes with tracking (once available). You'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Internationals Shipping, Customs & Fees:
Yes, I ship internationally. However, customs fees, VAT, or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. I don't control these charges ( I am powerful, but not that powerful)
Address Issues:
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package is taking longer than expected, reach out and I'll help you investigate. Lost packages are rare, but if one goes missing into the postal abyss, I'll work with you on a solution.
Made-To-Order Reminder:
Everything in my shop is made just for you*, no dusty warehouse stock here. Because of this:
- Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
- Minor color variations or print differences may occur (that's just part of handmade magic)
